Can patients complete their medical history and other forms online?
Patients can complete their online medical history and other forms securely from the comfort of their home or via a tablet in the practice using Dentally Portal and Concierge.
How easy is Dentally Portal to set up?
Dentally Portal is easy to set up and customise for your practice branding, opening hours, appointment durations, treatment types, diary sessions and practitioners. If you have a multi-site practice, you can even provide the option to choose the location patients wish to visit.
How secure is Dentally Portal?
Do I need a website to use Dentally Portal?
Dentally Portal does not require you to have your own website. Patients can access Dentally Portal from anywhere through a direct link. Your link can be sent via email/SMS, displayed on your website or even a QR code outside the practice. If you have a website, adding a booking link is a great way to generate new bookings, but it's absolutely not essential.
Are Concierge and Kiosk included if you have access to Dentally Portal?
Everyone who has access to Dentally Portal can benefit from Concierge and Kiosk to make in-practice arrivals smooth and streamlined. You'll just need a suitable and correctly configured tablet device for each of them, read more here. Please note, Kiosk is currently only optimised for practices with single waiting rooms.
